As caregivers we wish do often that things could be different, for the people we care for, for ourselves, this new way of life. Through meditation and listening to Buddha’s healing guidance we can discover how to create acceptance within our own heart, patient acceptance of our situation. When we no longer strain against but courageously accept our caregiving role, we can use our energy both to care for ourselves and also to give compassionate care to other. Each class includes a teaching, meditation, and time for discussion.
