Join us to explore the text “Advice From Atisha’s Heart.” Atisha was a renowned Dharma teacher in 10thC India who initiated the Kadampa lineage of Buddha’s teachings, Lamrim, Atisha also taught in Tibet for two years and this text is his final teaching before returning to India. In it he gives very practical advice on how to live Buddha’s teachings in our daily lives. If we try our best to put these teachings into practice we will develop a pure and happy mind for both ourself and others.
