The Power of Hope

$10We spend a good deal of our time hoping for a problem-free life. Why is it then that our hopes often remain unrealized and unfulfilled? At times, we can even reach a point of feeling hopeless. In this course, we will learn how to cultivate meaningful hope, a hope that will have the power to help us fulfill our deepest wishes for a life filled with purpose and contentment. This course is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners.
No prior experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
Teachers: 12pm with David Hoffner and 5pm with Dawn Jackson
