Taking Karma to Heart

Karma explains why unexpected and “unfair” situations arise in our lives and for others. We instinctively feel the truth in the statement: from positive actions comes happiness and from negative actions comes suffering. Believing in karma can change our lives! In this series we’ll explore how karma works. Through teachings and meditations we’ll also practice methods for purifying our negative karma. We can be relieved of our “why me?” mind and reduce unnecessary blame and frustration.
