Let’s be clear. Thinking is necessary. We need to think, reflect, understand, know, make decisions and so on. However, sometimes our thinking becomes circular, negative, stuck or unclear. We have a tendency to overthink things, and find it hard to ‘switch off’ which can be exhausting and unproductive. Meditation on the mind can help us to remain balanced, calm and clear as we navigate our busy modern world with all its stress and stimulation.
In this class, you will learn methods to gain clarity and mental freedom.
