Love, Compassion, and the Mind of Enlightenment

Because we all have love and compassion in our hearts, we’re already on our way to a mind of enlightenment. Our only job is to grow what’s already in our hearts naturally.  We can train to deepen and expand our loving minds to encompass everyone without discrimination. As we do this, we will naturally wish to develop the spiritual strength that can care for and protect others. And it is this altruistic desire that causes us to seek enlightenment.  People from any spiritual background will enjoy joining in discussions of and meditations on these expansive minds.
