I Can’t Believe this is Happening

Whenever we are prevented from fulfilling our wishes, forced into a situation we dislike or have to put up with something we would rather avoid, our uncontrolled mind immediately feels unhappy.  Since it is impossible to fulfill all our desires or to stop unwanted situations from arising, we need to find a different way of responding to them.  Join us to explore methods of transforming adverse conditions into opportunities for spiritual growth by training in the powerful mind of patience.  A person with such a mind has both strength of character, vision, humility and true courage and can also attain the deepest love in their hearts.
