How to Understand Your Mind

Understanding the nature, function and different aspects of our mind gives us the tools we need to control our mind rather than be controlled by it.  Learn about the five aspects of our mind that pervade our life, the virtuous minds we wish to increase to bring us greater peace and happiness, and the delusions we wish to abandon so we can eventually abandon all our pain and suffering.
