We may hope to increase our happiness, peace, tolerance or patience. Or we may wish to reduce our pain, frustration, worry or anger. We can learn to fulfill these wishes and thereby to transform our life by learning and following what Buddha described as six signs of progress in training our mind. Using these indicators, including “always rely upon a happy mind alone,” learn ways to transform our mind and our life.
