When we face tough times, it’s so easy to fall into negative emotions— sadness, fear, anger, even feeling powerless. We can learn and train in how to turn such difficult situations into opportunities for spiritual growth by applying spiritual wisdom to such problems. Transforming negative feelings, we can cultivate inner peace and then transform our suffering into positive emotions —love, compassion, and joy. This transformation not only helps us grow spiritually but also allows us to positively impact those around us.
