Typically, we respond to our daily problems with frustration, stress, and anxiety, but this makes our problems worse. When we learn to respond with acceptance, we can start to understand the underlying causes of stress and anxiety. We’re often our own worst critics and this way of thinking can cause dissatisfaction and despair. In this series, we will learn how to connect and relate to our true, pure potential. Through meditation and the practical application of Buddha’s teachings, we can skillfully reduce our stress and begin to really enjoy our lives.
