Focusing on self-care is important and there are many ways to care for ourselves physically, but what is the best way to care for ourselves mentally? How does meditation help when we feel we have no time or inclination to actually sit down and meditate? We can learn to use our daily experiences as our meditation. Just relax, chill and think. Think about what? That is the key.
In this talk, we will learn to direct our thinking to a positive and peaceful state, so that we can feel centered in a stress-free life. Everyone is welcome.
