Mind of Compassion, Mind at Peace

We live in troubling times. It is often difficult to maintain a peaceful mind, when surrounded with disturbing, often heartbreaking news. We worry, feel anxious or angry. Buddha’s teachings enable us to train in and generate compassion— a very strong mind that, when heartbroken, determines to help others who are suffering.. The result is that whatever distressing news we hear and encounter, we learn to keep our minds peaceful and kind, which is a powerful way to benefit our troubling times.
Drop-in class- Open to all. Everyone welcome
