So often when we suffer and have problems we ask, “Why me? Why is this happening?” We try to lead a good life so it seems incomprehensible why pain, tragedy, illness, problems occur–to us or those we love. Buddha gives us surprising answers that both answer those two questions, but also reveal methods to help us deal with and transform the pain we experience.
