We all wish for good relationships in our lives, but relationships between couples, parents and children, or friends often suffer from misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations. We love each other, and yet we are not always happy together. This is because we don’t understand the real nature of love and how to improve our love in our close relationships.
During this series, we will explore Buddha’s simple and practical advice for finding meaning and enjoyment in all of our relationships. By keeping this timeless advice in our hearts, we will learn to be happy in the company of our partner, family, friends and co-workers — and anyone we might encounter.
