Do you feel like it’s time for a new direction?

A new perspective can change everything. We sometimes let our minds wander to problems and situations that haven’t actually happened. Viewing the future through a negative lens causes us pain in the present and robs us of our peace and good nature.

Meditation is the scientific method for training our mind. We have freedom and choice. This workshop will guide us in the most useful practices that support our meditations and that will necessarily make our minds peaceful and happy. This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
