This course is excellent for newcomers to Buddhist meditation as well as experienced meditators. Meditation puts us in touch with our potential for enlightenment. We recognize enlightenment not as an abstraction, but as something real that we can tap into in our daily life. We’ll gain a practical foundation for beginning to meditate. We will learn what meditation is, how to practice it and how to use it to help us deal with the stresses and difficulties of life. Open to all. Walk-ins always welcome. No previous meditation experience is required.
