Sometimes we think our meditation could use a jump-start or we need a little help generating enthusiasm for our practice. We know we want to feel calm in meditation but too often we push and grasp at results. This can leave us feeling frustrated. When we simply allow the inner peace and space in our mind to arise naturally, we will long to meditate.
In this class, new KMC-LI Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chenma will show us practical methods to improve our meditation by recognizing its benefits. We can then happily detox from our busy content-filled worlds, prioritize our meditation time, personalize our practice and take our mindfulness with us every day.
