So much of our anxiety and suffering comes from the our own expectations and assumptions. Yet Buddha taught that our sense of self is fluid because it’s a concept– a mental habit that we’ve subscribed to for a very long time. Self-centered attitudes like self-grasping and self-cherishing can completely undermine our happiness. However, these states of mind are not fixed. In this series, we’ll use wisdom to correctly identify how we actually exist and train in uncovering and carrying our basic goodness and potential in everyday life.
