The heart of Kadampa meditation practices is to make our mind calm and peaceful. With such a mind we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and will come to experience true happiness. Training in such meditation creates an inner space and clarity that leads to states of deep joy, wisdom and peace.
After class we can sit informally to discuss the day’s meditation. If you like, please bring your own lunch or snack, or just join us for discussion.
