Fall Into Impermanence

Everything changes.  Nothing lasts.  Like lightning, everything transforms from one moment to the next.  Yet, we resist change and struggle with uncertainty. If we embrace the truth of impermanence, we can both let go of worry, accept our experiences, and develop a flexible mind with which to live lightly and wisely through unpredictable times, and also understand there is no sense in developing attachment or anger.  Through such contemplation we come to experience a deep inner peace, stability and wisdom that informs each moment of our lives.
