Everyone gives and everyone needs care. Join the growing group of teachers, social workers, medical professionals, friends, family and relatives who care for others. Come and be cared for through meditation and listening to Buddha’s teachings. This summer we will focus on developing greater concentration in meditation and in our daily life. In its highest form – tranquil abiding – concentration dispels the mental and physical discomfort which usually pervades our lives. Our mind will become more peaceful and we will be able to generate more positive thoughts and feelings, creating the causes both for our own happiness and also to be of great benefit to others. To help us learn how to attain this inner peace we will train in meditations on the Clarity of Mind.
