We all want to live with less anxiety interfering with everything we do, such as being social, limiting our ability to connect with others, holding us back from living to our full potential. Many people also suffer from crippling fear or are overwhelmed by the stressful demands of everyday life. Join us to explore meditations and new ways of thinking that help us to be more confident and effective in the face of such constant anxieties and negative emotions.
