7-8:30pm Another Day, Another Delusion-Do We Think Anger is the Answer?

Why are we so quick to anger? Because it’s easy, albeit painful. Wisdom teaches of all the delusions, anger is the most harmful yet so much of our culture supports and even promotes it. In this series we’ll explore extent to which anger controls our minds and our lives. Anger is the cause of so much of our suffering and we can use meditation to reduce and eventually eradicate it from our minds. Some topics we’ll explore include:

• Are we really in control when we’re angry?
• Is anger ever justified?
• Can we fight for what we believe in without anger?
• Can meditation transform anger and conflict?
