Love is often confused with attachment. But whereas attachment gives rise to pain in our relationships, love only causes happiness. Sometimes, being in a relationship seems like our biggest problem. Sometimes not being in a relationship seems like our biggest problem. Actually, we are in relationship with others all the time. If we can take some of Buddha’s advice on love and put it into practice, our relationships can become stable, loving, harmonious and even transcendent.
