Buddha teaches that the potential for enlightenment exists within the heart of every living being. How can we discover and fully develop that jewel within us? In this retreat we will be preparing our mind for meditation with Heart Jewel, a beautiful traditional Kadampa prayer practice, and then training in meditations to develop our wisdom, compassion and power to benefit others. These meditations bring freedom and peace to both ourselves and others.
