How Do Things Actually Exist?

11:30AM – 1PM

New Year, New View on Reality

We continue our series, New Year, New View exploring the nature of reality on Feb. 17, 24 and March 3.

Do things actually exist in the way they appear? Have we ever stopped to ask that question? Buddha’s teachings on how things actually exist can transform every moment into an experience of freedom, joy and creativity.

The new year is a symbol of possibility – a time to bring in new ideas and a new direction. A new perspective can change everything! The tools of transformation within Buddhist meditation can help us make a profound shift in how we view ourselves, others and our world. We can become a calmer, kinder, wiser person… Our happiness begins to come from within.  We can become a more confident and beneficial person… the light within us begins to light the way for others.

Beginners welcome. No experience necessary.
