Good news: This means we can stop worrying about it

We can learn to stop overthinking, and become free from worry and stress. We’ll explore how meditation can beat stress and and help us be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in our every day life. We’ll practice powerful worry-busting techniques from Buddhist wisdom so we can face life’s adversities with a light heart, learn how to deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry, and transform problems into opportunities for internal growth.

Open to all. Walk-ins always welcome
