Live Stress Free in Challenging Times – We Have Everything We Need

Typically we respond to our daily problems with frustration, stress, and anxiety, but this actually makes our problems worse. When we learn to respond with acceptance, we can start to understand the underlying causes of stress and anxiety. We’re often our own worst critic and this way of thinking can cause dissatisfaction and despair. In this workshop we will learn how to connect and relate to our true, pure potential. Through meditation and the practical application of Buddha’s teachings, we can skillfully reduce our stress and begin to really enjoy our lives. Workshops offer practical solutions to the everyday problems of modern living, derived from the teachings of Buddha.

This workshop includes guided meditations and simple methods on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life. Time to discuss the ideas presented.

2 Sessions: 10-11:15am11:45am-1pm
$15 for both sessions or $10 for single session

Everyone is welcome. No one turned away for a lack of funds.
No previous meditation experience required. Pre-registration is not required.
