Letting Go of Anxiety

Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this half-day workshop, we’ll explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
No pre-registration required. Everyone welcome! No one turned away for a lack of funds.
