The Kadampa Way of Life

Lamrim, which is a Tibetan word that means “stages of the path,” is a special arrangement of Buddha’s teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice. A person who organizes his or her spiritual practice according to the Lamrim instructions is known as a “Kadampa.” Please join us to learn how to practice the Lamrim instructions, both within meditation practice and in all aspects of daily life.

Join us in two sessions: 10am-11:15am and 11:45-1pm.
