We all have a close friend or family member who suffers; we wish to help them, but too often lack the real wisdom as to how to do that. Learn meditations to progress step by step along the path to attain the wisdom necessary to permanently help (not enable) and bring peace to those we love.

Instructions for Livestream Classes

Once registered, you will receive an email with a link to a short Zoom registration form (if this link is not an active hyperlink, it may be helpful to copy and paste it into a new Web browser tab)
Fill out and submit the short Zoom registration form
Zoom will send you an email with a link to the online class
Click the link and it will open up the Zoom Webinar stream that we’ll be using. You can view this on your computer or your mobile device. You will be prompted to download the Zoom app, which we recommend you do in advance of the class.
