Special Groundhog Day Class
Sunday, Feb. 2
11:30am-1pm
Ground•hog Day
noun
A situation in which a series of unwelcome or tedious events appear to be recurring in exactly the same way.
Do we feel like the same scenes keep playing over and over again in the movie of our lives? What is going on? Just like the main character in the 1993 movie Groundhog Day, do we need them to keep replaying endlessly until we “get it right?” Instead we could take Buddha’s wisdom advice right now(!), learning, as Phil Connors (Bill Murray) did by the end of the movie, that the only way to escape the cycle of suffering is through transforming our heart. Join us to learn how we can begin to free ourselves — from pain, from the drama in our relationships and from our fear that we are powerless to change. We will uncover the deeply hidden causes of our experiences through learning about karma and the power of our intention, which can empower us to completely transform our lives.
No pre-registration required. Everyone welcome!
