Wheel of Dharma

During the first turning of The Wheel of Dharma, Buddha gave his first teachings on The Four Noble Truths. These profound teachings tell us everything we need to know to solve all of our problems and find real, lasting happiness. By meditating and deepening our understanding of The Four Noble Truths we can gain an experience of the joyful mind of renunciation. We can increase our compassion for others and gain valuable insights into the true nature of reality.
