We often find ourselves in positions that we do not like and cannot change. This leaves us with unpleasant and uncomfortable feelings and can lead to strong destructive or negative emotions. We can feel trapped in these negative mindsets. In this two-session event we will learn the power of a peaceful mind to transform even difficult times into a source of inspiration and fuel for positive changes within.
Each session will start with a breathing meditation, followed by instructions on the power of a peaceful mind, and then a concluding meditation where each person will have the opportunity to develop a peaceful mind using age-old meditation techniques.
