The Joy of Relating to the Self with Wisdom Part II
Tuesdays from 12noon – 1pm with David Hoffner
Our mind is a continuum of our past, present, and future moments. We mistakenly believe that somewhere within our mind there exists a separate self that is experiencing these moments as we live them. This mistaken belief (in a separate self) is the source of every single problem we have ever had. In this course we will focus on the true nature of our daily experiences so that we can finally come to know their deceptive nature. Growing our wisdom in this way will help us begin to touch the freedom that is the true nature of the mind and reality itself.
Beginner and more advanced practitioners are welcome!
