Buddha taught the sublime meditation known as taking and giving, or tonglen in Tibetan, as a special method for healing body and mind, transforming problems and developing the fearless open heart of a Bodhisattva on the path to enlightenment. In this meditation series we will explore this meditation and experience its transformative power. In particular we will show how we can use it in many different circumstances to help us deal creatively and skillfully with the difficulties that we encounter in our life.
