Relax and Recharge: Meditation for Caregivers

NEW CLASS!

Buddhism teaches us that most of our suffering comes from wanting things to be other than they are. As caregivers, we can certainly understand this feeling.  Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed, exhausted and isolated in our daily experience.   In this class, we’ll learn how meditation can restore and recharge our peace of mind. Through deeply relaxing, we can connect to the compassion that’s naturally within us.  When our minds are peaceful, we can easily and skillfully bring benefit to those we love and care for.
