Relationships as a Spiritual Practice

We all dream of happy and harmonious relationships and invest tremendous amounts of energy and time into them. Then, when they don’t fulfill our expectations we become unhappy. In this course, we will look at relationships from the perspective of Buddha’s wisdom and insight. We will come to understand our relationships as an “unrivaled opportunity” for personal growth through spiritual practice. Instead of being objects of disappointment and resentment, the people in our lives become the very means through which we become the loving and confident people we want to be.

This series will take place Sundays on February 11, 18 and 25 and will culminate in a 2 day retreat on Sunday March 3 and Monday March 4.
