Some people just seem to roll with the punches, while others are tormented by crippling anxiety at the mere glimpse of potential trouble. Is anxiety stealing your vitality and joy? Robbing you of your ability to enjoy your life and accomplish your goals? Wish you could respond to stressful situations while staying effective and relaxed? In this course, Gen Chenma will explore mindfulness methods, meditations, and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and to deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. This course is open to everyone and will provide insights into how we can begin to solve our problems and find peace and happiness through transforming our mind from negative states to positive states.
