These classes are based on the teachings within Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s latest book, The Mirror of Dharma. Dharma means the teachings of enlightened beings and this book is directed at those who sincerely wish to make practical progress on their spiritual path. The Mirror of Dharma clearly shows how we can solve our daily problems of anger, uncontrolled desire and ignorance, and how to make our life happy and meaningful. Kelsang Nyema will share commentary to the book in this special series of classes.
