We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. By dwelling on past painful relationships, we harm ourselves even more.

In this series, we’ll learn how to authentically let go of the past, and move in the direction of healthy, loving relationships. We’ll learn about the deep healing and freedom that is possible through the power of forgiveness.
