In this busy world, our experiences of happiness are fleeting and short-lived, while inner peace eludes us completely. On the other hand, our negative states of mind such as anxiety, uncontrolled desire and anger, create endless problems for our self and others, and prevent us from fulfilling our deepest wishes.
In these teachings, Kelsang Nyema will take us on a scientific exploration of the root causes of our daily problems and difficulties, and the solutions to them, and explain how, through Buddhist meditation, we can change our world and experiences by changing our mind.
