The heart of Buddhist practice is meditation. The purpose of meditation is to make the mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and so we will experience true happiness.
Join us for this lecture to learn how to bring meditation into your daily life so you can experience this inner peace for yourself. Meditation is helpful for everyone. You do not need to be a Buddhist in order to benefit from meditation.
