Stop by to meet our teachers and community, tour the meditation shrine, enjoy refreshments and snacks, and participate in free guided meditation sessions every hour on the hour beginning at 2pm.. You may also browse our bookstore, see beautiful Buddhist art, and ask questions about meditation and modern Buddhism.
