The Foundation Program (FP) is designed to help us to develop our understanding of Buddha’s teachings, to develop our meditation practice, and especially to develop our ability to bring Buddha’s practical wisdom into our daily life. We will learn to find peace, clarity and inner strength, and we’ll develop the skill to transform our daily experiences of living in today’s world in the most meaningful way.
We are pleased to announce that six Foundation Program classes at KMC-LI are open to new students as they prepare to start up again this month. You can attend the first 3-4 weeks on a trial basis to really get a sense of how the class works, and how it can be of benefit to you.
