Everyone wants to feel happy and be free from suffering, but finding happiness can seem elusive. Buddhist teachings tell us that this is because we are confused about the true source of happiness. While we often look for it in external circumstances, real happiness can only be found by going deeper into ourselves. In this series we will explore the wisdom of employing joyful effort to realize that we already have everything we need to be happy; we must only learn how to access it.
