Seasons change, schedules change, our jobs change, sometimes our close relationships change. Change comes, whether we wish for it or not! According to Buddha, change is happening all the time, at different levels, some we can see and some we can’t. Through basic breathing meditation we can start the journey to finding and maintaining inner peace through the seasonal changes in our life.
