Exchanging Self With Others

In this course, we will familiarize our minds with the time-honored practice of exchanging self with others. Developing this sacred mind will enable us to accept and (even) appreciate the hardships we will undoubtedly endure as we transition from one stage of this human life to the next. Holding a mind of acceptance will help us maintain our compassionate wish to help others. What could be more beneficial than this? Everyone welcome!
