Much of the stress and distress we experience in our lives comes from seeing ourselves and our world in a fixed and limited way. How wonderful if our relationship to our world was more like a dance — fluid, creative and flexible. Buddha’s teachings on the nature of reality are simple and profound, and can lead us to just such an experience in our own lives. Join us to learn how to see reality clearly, with wisdom … and begin to dance with life.
